Responsibilities
  • Customer Care: Evaluate customer needs for servicing or repair requirements, ensuring alignment with our comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks.
  • Clear Communication: Keep customers fully informed on applicable costs and the progress of their repairs in a timely manner, expertly handling any queries.
  • Seamless Coordination: Liaise effectively with our workshop colleagues to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the service process.
  • Exceeding Expectations: Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve set satisfaction objectives, always adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate customer details for an up to date database and possess up to date knowledge of additional products and services.
  • Compliance & Quality: Work in line with all service and warranty policies for both the John Clark Group and our manufacturer partners.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service Excellence: Previous experience in a customer facing role is highly preferable, with a natural ability to deliver first class service to achieve company and manufacturer objectives.
  • Self Motivation: A proactive approach and proven experience in achieving targets.
  • Confident Communication: Professional and clear communication skills that build trust and rapport.
  • A Positive Drive: Confidence, motivation, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
