Service Advisor

Vertu Bridgwater is looking for a Service Advisor.

Vertu BMW Bridgwater has an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our successful and well established dealership. This is a fantastic chance to become part of one of the UK's largest Motor Retail groups, representing a premium brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are offering a £30,000 basic salary, along with an excellent benefits package.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within the dealership and be at the heart of our customer journey. More than simply providing a service, you'll build trusted, long lasting relationships, acting as the key link between our customers and the workshop team. Your focus will be on ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and leaves feeling confident and valued. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, setting clear expectations, and keeping them informed throughout the service or repair process. You'll identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services where appropriate and follow up after completion to ensure total satisfaction with the work carried out.

To be successful in this role, previous customer facing experience is essential. You'll be a confident communicator with a strong customer focus, able to build rapport and manage relationships in a fast paced environment while working to targets and deadlines. Previous experience as a Service Advisor would be advantageous, but it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
