Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at the MG Dealership in South Ruislip. Our Service Advisors play a vital role within our Aftersales function, delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and have worked within a franchised dealership.

Responsibilities

• Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department
• Advise on technical queries or issues
• Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
• Manage your customer's vehicle through the workshop process
• Inform customers of the progress of their vehicle
• Cross sell products and services where applicable
• Finalize the invoice on completion of required work
• Submit manufacturer warranty claims

Requirements

• Organized, able to multitask and manage a busy workload
• Driven to achieve Service KPIs with the highest levels of customer service
• Service advisor: 2 years (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
