Service Advisor - Swindon

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

• Plan and schedule routine servicing
• Manage tachograph and MOT bookings
• Create and manage job orders
• Obtain and update order numbers
• Prepare and update the night board
• Liaise with workshop control regarding incoming work
• Coordinate with the team for work commencement
• Handle retail invoice costing

Package:

• Basic Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience + non-contractual KPI bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm with half an hour lunch break!
• (1-in-3) Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm !
