Service Advisor - Salisbury

Silcom Recruitment is actively seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of one of our top clients, a reputable motor trade dealership group located in Salisbury. Our client is in search of a Service Advisor to become an integral part of their well-established and high-performing service team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals either with prior customer-facing experience or those looking to start a career in the motor trade - full brand training will be provided.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to vehicle collection.

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop team, ensuring clear communication and a seamless service experience


• Greet customers on arrival and perform vehicle check-ins, reviewing relevant customer and vehicle data


• Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status and additional service recommendations


• Coordinate with technicians to manage workshop flow and ensure timely completion of work


• Maintain accurate records, job cards, and documentation


• Deliver excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone


• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; motor trade experience is beneficial but not required - full training will be provided

Salary: £27,000 + Bonus (Realistic & achievable £31,000+ package.

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm

1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm
