We have 22 locations across Kent, Sussex and Essex and around 540 employees covering numerous internationally recognised brands eg Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, SKODA, CUPRA, Kia, Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Mazda and TPS.DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy team at our JCB Van Centre in Ashford, Kent.Your role will be to receive customers and their vehicles, in a friendly and professional manner, plus discuss and confirm their requirements. You will also take responsibility for the customer relationship whilst their vehicle is in for a service or repair.To be considered for this role, you must have a passion for delivering great customer service, be very friendly and get a buzz out of building new and lasting relationships with our customers.
