Excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Administrator to work for a leading truck company who are based in the Lisburn area and who have a very modern office environment. This is a brand new role due to expansion with plans for many more new positions across the company in the New Year. On offer is a salary of £28,000 - £30,000, 30 holidays, pension, death in service and a healthcare package. Recent experience working as a Service Administrator in either Motor Factors, HGV Dealership, Car Dealership, Construction Plant Dealership, Hire Company, Powered Access or similar environment is essential.

Role - Service Administrator

• Managing customer enquiries in line with internal and external customer Service-Level Agreements
• Creating jobs, preparing quotes in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal Service processes
• Working alongside our Parts Department ensuring all relevant parts are identified and ordered for all Service / Workshop related jobs.
• Managing and processing purchase orders Carry out job costing tasks, ensuring all parts and labour are correctly charged on jobs.
