Salary:€40,000 - €50,000
Our client inPortarlingtonis looking for anenthusiastic Service Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced Salesperson/ Account Manager to join a growing team.

Your new role includes:
  • Managing and nurturing key client accounts withinautomation sector to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to react to and manage the service aspect, following up on reactive callouts with repair quotations and site visits.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored service solutions.
  • Creating purchase orders and working with suppliers to organise part replacements.
Experience you need:
  • Previous technical sales experience and an interest in constant learning
  • Confidence in balancing several work tasks and managing own diary
  • Full Irish Driver's licence
  • Strong IT and CRM management skills
