Key Responsibilities of aGAUCHOSenior Waiter

• Work with the restaurant team to offer anunforgettableGAUCHOexperience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.

• Be the face of GAUCHOanddemonstrateservice excellence while following the GAUCHO steps of serviceand standards.

• Strengthen andmaintainproduct knowledgein order tohost tables and guide guests withmenu choices.

• Support andassistthe management team to maximise sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.

• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.

• Helpmaintaina clean and organised restaurant at all timesand follow all set-up andbreakdown procedures.
