Job Description

As a Serious Injury Fee Earner/Solicitor your duties will include:

• Assist on a portfolio of serious injury cases from instruction to resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including witness statements and schedules of loss.
• Engage in negotiations with insurers and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and decision-making.
• Provide advice and updates to clients throughout the claims process.
• Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to gather evidence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's processes.

The Successful Applicant
