Serious & Organised Crime Co-ordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a Serious & Organised Crime Co-Ordinator to join our team, providing vital intelligence support across the Force. This role acts as a key link between Intelligence Units, Neighbourhood Policing, Crime and Operations Support, as well as partner agencies and other police forces. You will play an important part in coordinating activity relating to Organised Crime Groups (OCGs) and County Lines investigations, supporting effective operational and strategic decision making.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving, assessing and processing sensitive intelligence, ensuring information is accurately recorded and actioned.
• Conducting research into crime, disorder, offenders and intelligence using a range of policing systems and databases.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams, external forces and partner agencies.
• Managing and updating intelligence systems, databases and records to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Coordinating Organised Crime Group and County Lines management processes, including performance reporting, meeting administration and action tracking.
• Producing intelligence and performance data to support force, regional and national reporting requirements.
• Organising and coordinating multi-agency meetings, stakeholder forums and partnership groups, including the production of agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly organised and analytical individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will be confident working with sensitive information, managing complex data sets and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders. Experience of research, intelligence, performance reporting or data management within a policing, law enforcement or partner agency environment would be advantageous.
