Sephora Beauty Partnership Lead

Marks & Spencer Group is seeking a Sephora Partnership Lead to drive the strategic relationship and the concession business within Beauty. You will align commercial plans with Sephora, oversee trading performance and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

You'll unite cross-functional teams across Commercial, Finance, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Online and Marketing to deliver the business plan and roll out future Sephora partnerships.
