SEO Director London

Seeking a strategic, data-driven SEO Director to lead and scale organic growth for one of the UK's largest company formation businesses. With a customer base of over 500,000 and continued year on year growth this is an exciting growth opportunity.

Role Summary

This senior role will define and deliver a long-term SEO strategy that drives visibility, qualified traffic, and measurable commercial impact. You will partner with senior leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage an SEO Specialist while embedding SEO best practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead a long-term SEO strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Drive organic growth through technical, on page, and content led optimisation
  • Collaborate cross functionally with content, design, development, and marketing teams
  • Deliver clear performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Leverage technology and AI to improve SEO efficiency and impact
  • Oversee keyword research, competitor analysis, audits, and reporting
  • Lead link building initiatives, site migrations, and optimisation of key landing pages
About You
  • Seasoned SEO professional with 10yrs+ experience and a proven track record of delivering high impact results in a senior role
  • Strategic and analytical, with a hands on, data led approach
  • Deep expertise across technical, on page, and off page SEO
  • Strong working knowledge of industry tools (e.g. SEMrush)
  • Familiar with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Comfortable leading in a fast paced, evolving environment
