The business has achieved exceptional growth expanding to a headcount of 15 within just 18 months and now seeks a motivated leader to drive the next stage of its development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of education recruiters, supporting performance and growth.
• Manage your own billing desk, maintaining and developing key client relationships.
• Drive business development within the education sector, securing new school partnerships.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of temporary and permanent staffing solutions.
• Contribute to team strategy, growth plans, and recruitment initiatives.
• Act as a role model, fostering a collaborative and high performing team culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Education Recruitment, ideally as a Senior or Team Lead.
• Strong track record in billing and client relationship management.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Ambitious mindset with the desire to progress into a Branch Manager role.
• Based within commutable distance of Leeds.
