This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels. You will manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging, using data to optimize performance and inform strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead experimentation, implement best practices, and ensure operational excellence across all CRM processes. This position allows you to shape the customer journey, mentor team members, and directly influence the success of products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to work remotely or on-site provides an environment that supports autonomy, creativity, and strategic impact.
Accountabilities:- Own and execute end-to-end lifecycle CRM campaigns, from ideation and journey mapping to launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance to increase engagement, improve retention, reduce churn, and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
- Develop lifecycle strategies to enhance LTV across all key user touchpoints, leveraging personalization, automation, and timely campaigns.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing, including hypothesis formation, test execution, and analysis of results.
- Ensure operational excellence through QA, troubleshooting, and process reliability across all tools and channels.
- Manage email deliverability, list hygiene, and authentication to maintain high-quality communications.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, product, and other teams to deliver brand-aligned and effective CRM content.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across copy, campaign logic, technical setup, and user experience.
- Lead the CRM roadmap, strategic planning, and prioritization, managing CRM specialists and contractors.
- Establish and refine internal processes, including campaign briefs, QA procedures, reporting, and playbooks.
- Align CRM strategy with performance marketing and product flows, taking full responsibility for CRM KPIs and driving resolution of any issues.
- 3+ years of experience running and optimizing B2C lifecycle CRM campaigns, ideally in iGaming, adult, dating, or entertainment industries.
- Strong expertise with CRM automation platforms, with flexibility to adapt to new tools.
- Deep understanding of optimization, deliverability, and CRM best practices across channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
- Hands on, detail oriented execution mindset focused on user experience.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Structured, data driven approach with clear communication of results and insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, A/B testing, data structures, and reporting.
- Copywriting and editing experience with a strong attention to clarity and quality.
- HTML and CSS proficiency for email formatting.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive problem solving mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
