Senior Youth Homelessness Prevention Lead Flexible Hours

The Zone (Youth Enquiry Service Plymouth LTD) in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Senior Project Worker to join the ZAP Youth Homelessness Prevention and Resolution Service. The role focuses on working with young people aged 16-25 to prevent homelessness and improve outcomes.

You will combine direct work with young people and activities such as safeguarding discussions, collaboration with housing and statutory partners, and supporting volunteers and placement students.
