Senior Workshop Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of an established plant machinery business based near Sevenoaks who are looking for an experienced Plant Workshop Fitter / Foreman to join their workshop team.

This is a hands-on role with supervisory responsibility, focused on maintaining high standards of repair, safety, and workflow within a busy workshop environment.

• Service, maintain, and repair plant machinery
• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults
• Carry out preventative maintenance
• Ensure equipment meets safety and compliance standards
• Maintain service records and job documentation
• Support and oversee daily workshop activity

• Experience as a Plant / Workshop Fitter
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Relevant plant maintenance qualifications (preferred)
• Safety-focused and reliable work ethic
