Senior Works Manager - Highways & Rail Projects

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Senior Works Manager/Works Manager to lead on the A66 Northern Trans-Pennine scheme. Based at Penrith, Cumbria, you'll oversee safety, resourcing, and programme execution for rail/highways works.

A strong safety track record and Sentinel PTS are essential, with experience in managing direct and subcontract teams. You will coordinate inductions, toolbox talks, and daily records while ensuring HSEQ compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
