Job Description
Senior workers are experienced care and support workers with additional responsibilities for a small team of care staff. Your duties will include:
Responsibilities- Making sure changes in client health is written and regularly updated in their care plans
- Updating MAR sheets
- Coaching and mentoring staff
- Reporting and acting on issues of poor performance
- Must have at least three years' experience in care.
- Must be able to drive and have access to your own care.
- Must be available early mornings and weekends.
