Talisker Distillery on the Isle of Skye is seeking a Senior Operator to oversee production, drive safety, and optimise processes. This hands-on role requires technical know-how and a proactive mindset to ensure high-quality whisky and efficient operations on a 24/7 site.

You will work with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to maintain production records, support quality checks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety standards.
