The Club Company is seeking a Senior Wellness Coach to deliver personalised coaching and wellness inductions across our UK clubs. You will design tailored exercise programmes, monitor progress, and build strong member relationships to drive lasting change.

In this role you will upsell services, contribute to member retention, and help maintain a safe, hygienic gym space while operating within our supportive, high energy team culture.
