Senior Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator

Caron Group is seeking a Wellbeing / Activities Coordinator to join our Swansea team. You will support the Wellbeing Lead by planning and delivering engaging activities that enrich residents' lives and promote a person-centred approach.

You will organise events, manage activity planners, build community links, and help staff foster wellbeing and social interaction, ensuring residents feel safe, valued and part of a warm home. This role requires compassion, reliability and excellent teamwork.
