Senior Warranty Claims Lead - Energy & Industrial

Fluence Energy, LLC is seeking a Warranty Claims Manager to own supplier warranty issues across Europe, protecting margin and driving recovery. You will determine coverage, negotiate settlements, and act as the regional point of contact for suppliers, coordinating with Quality, Procurement and Legal as needed.

This role requires strong contractual and commercial acumen, 5+ years in warranty or related fields, and fluency in English.
