We're now recruiting Senior Waiters to join our teams across London - confident, hospitality professionals who deliver an unforgettable guest experience every time.

What you'll do

  • Welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality, creating memorable dining experiences.

  • Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations with confidence and personality.

  • Run sections efficiently during busy service, ensuring speed, accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Support the floor team, helping to train & nurture newer team members.

  • Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.

  • Communicate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth, seamless service flow.

  • Bring positive energy, good humour and passion to every shift.

About you

  • Experience in a waiter or senior waiter role within a high-quality, busy restaurant.

  • Confident, engaging and guest-focused - you make people feel looked after.

  • Strong menu knowledge and the ability to upsell naturally and helpfully.

  • A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Passionate about great Italian food, culture and hospitality.
