ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Waiter, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. You'll lead by example, ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience, and support the development of our Front of House team.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and engaging with guests, creating outstanding dining experiences.
- Leading your section and maintaining high service standards.
- Recommending dishes and pairings confidently.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and management teams.
With ongoing training and clear career progression, you'll have the opportunity to grow into supervisory or management roles.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Previous experience as a Senior Waiter or similar role in a busy restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines.
- A confident communicator who leads by example.
- Professional, proactive, and passionate about hospitality.
