Job Description
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Senior Waiter for an exclusive private members club in Dublin 2, close to the Luas.
The Head Waiter will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house service within a premium private members club. You will lead service on the floor, support the team during busy periods, and ensure a consistently high level of guest experience.
The Duties:- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service
- Lead the front-of-house team during service
- Support smooth communication between kitchen and floor
- Handle member requests professionally and discreetly
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service
- Support and guide junior team members
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP and health & safety standards
- Assist management with daily operations
- Must have hospitality experience in a restaurant, hotel, or private members club
- Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step up into Head Waiter level
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
- Visa and relocation packages are not provided
- Salary: 36,000 Euro per annum
