Job Description

Full-time • Front of House • 44.00 Hours per week •

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Waiter to lead our Waiting Team and assist with the restaurant & Champagne Bar. You will be required to run sections during restaurant service as well as assisting high end events.

Located within the iconic St Pancras International Station, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys is home to the longest Champagne bar in Europe and offers the ideal escape to sit back and soak up the charm of the magnificent station.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: £17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests
  • To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
  • Take part in the setup of all events
  • Nurture and develop new waiters and commis waiters
  • Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
  • Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
  • Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
  • To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility including all other requirements as described in the Searcys Health & Safety Policy
