About the Team & Business Line:

This is a senior, non-production leadership role responsible for strategic workforce planning and governance across the global Hedge Fund Accounting business. The Senior Vice President leads the headcount, vacancy and requisition governance processes, translating complex workforce and financial data into decision-ready reporting and recommendations for the Head of Fund Accounting Operations and the Fund Accounting Senior Leadership Team. Working with a senior executive audience, the role requires strong, commercially disciplined judgement coupled with a detailed understanding of the business and industry.
