Exciting Opportunity: Senior Validation Engineer - AI & Silicon Engineering Innovator

Are you passionate about software quality and eager to shape the future of cutting-edge technology? I'm working with a leading European innovator in AI and silicon engineering, and they're looking for a Senior Validation Engineer to join their growing team.

What you'll do:

• Define and implement test cases and validation frameworks for world-class software.
• Champion testing best practices-embedding functional, regression, system, and performance tests into the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate testing early, automate wherever possible, and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with development, operations, IT, and product teams to ensure seamless validation and release processes.
• Engage with external vendors as the main point of contact for third-party testing services.
• Support code reviews, bug triaging, documentation, and shared team responsibilities to maintain high standards.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software testing, validation, and release.
• Strong skills in Bash, Python, C/C++, Go, or Rust.
• Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jama), DevOps infrastructure (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket pipelines), and CI/CD.
• Team player attitude-proactive, collaborative, and always eager to learn.
