We are searching for a Senior UX Designer , a rare opportunity to become the sole UX specialist shaping the design vision across their full suite of digital products.

What You'll Be DoingLeading UX discovery, research, wireframing and prototyping end-to-end

Crafting intuitive, beautiful UI that enhances user experience across multiple platforms

Working cross-functionally with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders

Introducing UX best practices, design processes and standards across the organisation

Acting as the UX voice in product discussions, influencing roadmap and direction

Producing high-quality visual experiences that simplify complex workflows

What We're Looking ForStrong, demonstrable experience across both UX and UI

Confidence operating as the sole UX designer, establishing process and best practice

Someone comfortable engaging with clients and challenging stakeholders when required

Experience designing for complex digital products

Portfolio showcasing excellent research, UX flows and polished UI is essential
