Senior Union Case Advocate & Member Relations

Jobtailor in Milton Keynes is seeking an Employee Relations/HR Advisor to support members in both formal and informal settings. You will handle disciplinary, grievance and performance cases while reviewing employment processes and workplace policies to ensure fair practices.

You will also manage relationships on behalf of Advance Union and organise advocacy activities to recruit members, contributing to inclusive representation and engagement campaigns.
