Job Description

W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is assisting a leading international SaaS business to appoint a UK Commercial Counsel to join its global Legal team. This high-impact role will own commercial matters, lead strategic negotiations and collaborate with senior stakeholders across a fast-paced technology company.

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent) with 5+ years of commercial law experience, in-house SaaS exposure, and proven negotiation skills.
