Senior Travel Designer - Luxury VIP Travel

We are partnering with a leading luxury travel company to recruit an experienced Senior Travel Designer to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced travel professional who specialises in creating complex, tailor-made luxury itineraries for VIP and high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will manage relationships with key clients while designing exceptional multi-destination travel experiences.

The Role

• Act as a key point of contact for VIP and HNW clients, providing a highly personalised and discreet service.
• Design complex, multi-country luxury itineraries using an established network of premium global suppliers.
• Manage the entire client journey from initial consultation and proposal through to travel and post-trip follow-up.
• Oversee high-value bookings across flights, luxury accommodation, transfers and private experiences.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Work closely with internal operations, concierge and support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Share destination expertise and best practice with the wider Travel Designer team.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Significant experience within tailor-made or luxury travel.
• A track record of designing and delivering high-value, complex itineraries.
• Experience managing relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clientele.
• Strong commercial performance across sales, conversion, revenue and margin.
• Excellent destination knowledge across multiple international regions.
• Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and customer service skills.
