Senior Transport Pursuits Director & Proposal Lead

AECOM Corporation seeks an Associate Director - Proposal Manager to lead and shape the UK&I Transportation bids. You will coordinate senior stakeholders, integrate technical, capture and proposal experts, and drive differentiated, client-focused responses across the full pursuit lifecycle.

You will report to the Pursuits Team Director and influence investment decisions while mentoring teams to elevate bid quality, compliance, and client value across major infrastructure opportunities.
