Senior Transformation Project Manager

Overview

Infinite Talent are working with a growing business in the West Midlands to recruit for a total of 3 Senior Project Managers on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage identified transformation projects and lead end-to-end project management from concept to completion. Responsible for the overall delivery & change plan and all relevant workstreams, including developing and agreeing it with relevant internal and external stakeholders, identifying and managing dependencies and risks and escalating as appropriate.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Ensure that project milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality parameters.
• Manage variance to ensure budget is not exceeded and report status through relevant programme management/steering groups.
• Utilise project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes, including risk management and mitigation.
• Proactively seek out and tackle any challenges that will prevent the delivery of business benefits in transformation projects.
• Prepare and present reports on project deployment effectiveness to senior leadership.
• Define and report against metrics for success and ensure change is on track.

Skills & Experience

• Experienced in the commercial sector, having taken direction, and delivered business transformation programs that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and commercial success.
• Proven track record in delivering large (>£1m budget) multi-disciplinary projects from development, delivering change, and embedding into business as usual.
