Senior Transformation Manager - Operating Model & Delivery

Thames Water in Reading is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to join the Strategic Operations & Transformation team within AO&CD. You will lead operating model transformation initiatives, design future-state models, governance, and work with senior leaders to deliver improvements across asset operations and capital delivery.
