Job Description
- Handling the administration of trademarks, including renewals and watch notices.
- Corresponding with clients, updating them on status and progress of trademarks.
- Supporting the Legal department with case management and file opening.
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting with legal research as required.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Trade Mark Administrator should have:
- A sound understanding of trademark administration processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 3 years IP experience at a similar firm.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of legal research methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
