Job Description

  • Handling the administration of trademarks, including renewals and watch notices.
  • Corresponding with clients, updating them on status and progress of trademarks.
  • Supporting the Legal department with case management and file opening.
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assisting with legal research as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Trade Mark Administrator should have:

  • A sound understanding of trademark administration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 3 years IP experience at a similar firm.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good knowledge of legal research methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
