Job Description

KAP Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Principal Town Planner to oversee a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. You will analyze land use, zoning, transportation and environmental factors to inform decisions and progress a manageable caseload.

The role requires a degree in Town Planning, RTPI membership or eligible, and proven UK experience with strong knowledge of UK planning laws.
