Senior Tooling Engineer (UK)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Tooling Engineer to oversee and grow our ROV tooling hire and sales operation in the UK. This full-time, onshore-based role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tooling lifecycle-ensuring inventory readiness, supporting commercial activities, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

Maintain, test, and repair ROV tooling systems

Assemble and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical equipment

Support clients with technical guidance and issue resolution

Collaborate with technicians and sales on projects and tenders

Manage maintenance records, spare parts, and inventory

Develop safe testing procedures and mentor junior staff

Competence requirements

• Industry relevant experience of minimum 5 year.
• Strong knowledge and experience in ROV tooling systems and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
• Right to work in the UK.
