Senior Therapeutic Residential Childcare Lead

Whitetrees Group in Hertfordshire is seeking a Senior Residential Children s Support Worker to join our therapeutic home for vulnerable young people. You will provide primary care within a therapeutic environment and work with care plans, risk assessments and reviews to support individual needs.

Role includes leading shifts, supervising TPWs, and coordinating with social services and schools to ensure continuity of care.
