Senior Theatre Operations Leader

The Operations Director at Citizens Theatre is a senior leader responsible for the full operational life of the venue. Working with the Executive Director and SMT, you will drive safety, sustainability, and a first-class audience experience while ensuring the organisation has robust systems, compliance, and commercial infra- structure to thrive.

This permanent, full-time post is 1.0 FTE, 35 hours/week (Mon-Fri) with flexibility as required, including evenings and weekends to meet theatre needs.
