Senior Test Lead - Hands-On & Strategy

Ascent People Ltd in Derby is seeking an experienced Lead Tester or Senior Software Tester to steer testing strategy while performing hands-on manual testing on modern greenfield projects.

You will influence testing standards, collaborate with the development manager, developers, BAs and project managers, and help grow a forward looking testing team. The role rewards hands on leadership and deep knowledge of SDLC, with ISTQB/ISEB qualifications welcomed.
