Are you a detail-driven Test Analyst with a focus on quality assurance and skilled in translating technical complexity into actionable insights? Do you enjoy working on high-profile technology change projects and contributing to the growth of a test practice?

ABF Business Technology Services (BTS) is looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our maturing PMaaS (Project Management as a Service) function. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our internal consultancy model and delivering high-quality test services across important technology projects for ABF's global businesses.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing, creating, and executing test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts for critical technology projects.
• Performing manual system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business needs.
• Analyzing requirements to create effective test coverage.
• Logging, monitoring, and retesting defects accurately using test management tools.
• Acting as a testing subject matter expert, consulting across teams and vendors.
• Producing test reports and updates for stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate UAT and ensure smooth transitions.
• Supporting the development of the BTS PMaaS testing capability by sharing knowledge and best practices.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in software testing, especially manual testing and defect management.
• BCS ISTQB Foundation Level qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in developing and implementing test plans and documenting results.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical info for stakeholders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with test tools like JIRA or X-Ray; specific tool knowledge is flexible.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and complex environments is a plus.
