- Competitive basic salary from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
- No weekend working; Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

- Duties as a Senior Technician:
- Conduct detailed electronic vehicle inspections and prepare comprehensive service reports
- Utilise diagnostic testing equipment and manufacturer data to accurately diagnose faults
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and effectively, maintaining first-time fix standards
- Communicate technical findings clearly to Front of House advisors and customers
- Work closely with the business owner, supporting high standards of vehicle service as a Senior Technician
- Participate in Top Garage and Top Technician competitions, representing the workshop
- The Senior Technician will support team development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Requirements:
- A minimum of five years' experience working within a vehicle workshop environment
- Own a toolbox and essential tools; the workshop supplies special tools
- Experience working with German brands such as VW, Audi, Mercedes, or BMW is preferred
- Proven ability to deliver precise workmanship under pressure
- Strong team ethic and excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering customer satisfaction and high standards of repair work
