  • Competitive basic salary from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • No weekend working; Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

  • Duties as a Senior Technician:
  • Conduct detailed electronic vehicle inspections and prepare comprehensive service reports
  • Utilise diagnostic testing equipment and manufacturer data to accurately diagnose faults
  • Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and effectively, maintaining first-time fix standards
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to Front of House advisors and customers
  • Work closely with the business owner, supporting high standards of vehicle service as a Senior Technician
  • Participate in Top Garage and Top Technician competitions, representing the workshop
  • The Senior Technician will support team development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience working within a vehicle workshop environment
  • Own a toolbox and essential tools; the workshop supplies special tools
  • Experience working with German brands such as VW, Audi, Mercedes, or BMW is preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver precise workmanship under pressure
  • Strong team ethic and excellent communication skills
  • Passion for delivering customer satisfaction and high standards of repair work
