About the TeamWe're seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our team. You will work with customers on a variety of technical support issues and collaborate with the Technical Operations team that runs our global distributed network. This role provides an opportunity to learn Cloudflare's technology and deepen your understanding of Internet technologies, focusing on our CDN and Developer Platform products: CDN, Stream, Workers, Pages, etc.
Responsibilities and Focus
- Provide technical customer support for Cloudflare's CDN and Developer Platform products (CDN, Stream, Workers, Pages, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Technical Operations team to ensure reliable global network performance.
- Learn Cloudflare technologies and contribute to issue resolution, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand problems, reproduce issues, and verify solutions.
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience in technical customer support or a similar role with a focus on Internet technologies.
- Familiarity with CDN concepts, web performance, and related tooling.
