Job Description

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Sligo, Ireland.

The role leads process engineering and process chemistry for drug product manufacturing across several products and NPIs, with people management and technical transfer responsibilities.

You will drive yield improvement, cycle-time reduction and continuous improvement while ensuring GMP, EHS and compliance standards across the site.
