Senior Technical Operations Lead - Secure Networking

Xalient seeks a Technical Operations Manager to lead day to day operations for key customer estates across SD WAN, LAN, WLAN, SASE/SSE and firewall platforms. You will own technical health, stability, and performance, joining the operations engineering team to ensure contracted SLAs are met and continually improved through automation.

You will act as senior escalation point, mentor engineers, engage with senior customer stakeholders, and drive major incident bridges and post mortem improvements.
