Overview

Are you an experienced technical leader in the fresh produce or food manufacturing industry? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Manager to shape the technical function for the business, one of the UK's largest fruit packing operations. You'll work closely with internal and other external customers to ensure food safety, legality, and quality across both high-risk and low-risk areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Technical strategy for the site.
• Lead Site Technical teams to deliver quality for own brand and third party customers.
• Drive culture change to ensure safe, high quality products and safeguard against food safety risks.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in food manufacturing, quality, and food safety legislation.
• Strong leadership experience, including multi site management.
• Qualifications in Microbiology, Food Science, HACCP, and Lead Assessor.
