Senior Technical Bid Lead, Industrial Refrigeration

Integral Cooling Technologies is seeking aTechnical Sales Manager to lead major industrial refrigeration bids across the Midlands and Birmingham, from initial client conversations through to fully compliant, well-priced tenders.

You will own the bid, interpret briefs, develop practical concepts, and defend the tender at client review stages, ensuring adherence to design gates, safety regs and CO2/ammonia systems knowledge.
