Senior Team Leader, Supported Living - Lead & Develop Care

Radis Community Care is looking for a Senior Support Worker/Team Leader to join our Supported Living service in Huddersfield. You will provide person-centred support and oversee the smooth running of services while working closely with Managers.

The role involves scheduling work for Support Workers, supporting medication and personal care tasks, and ensuring individuals achieve their outcomes. A valid driving license is a must since travel is required for various localities.
